Anon, this is Arizona. Everything is shifted back 3 hours. Work starts at 6, not 9. There are more people awake at 5 AM then at 11 PM here.
It's too fucking HOT for it to be otherwise. Stepping on the tarmac at 2 PM is like opening your oven to get cookies out.
