I watched an interesting video today. The guy basically said if you want to assign any anthropological cause to global climate change, nuclear bomb testing in the 1940s-80s might be it. The shear amount of plasma given off by a nuclear explosion can reach the other side of the globe. He talked about how the biggest earthquakes on record happened later on in the same year that the biggest nuclear bomb payloads were tested. One earthquake was in Chile and the other in Alaska. Both were 9.2 or 9.4 or so. One of them was in 1962 iirc.
