Under Biden they kept the sanctions on Iran after violating the JCPOA, never negotiated a deal so Iran was under the impression that eventually they were going to be attacked. Under Harris, Israel would've probably attacked just as they did under Trump. We have the benefit of hindsight now, and once you look at the timeline, you can see that this result was in the making for a while. The intention always was..regime change. always.
