See what I think he is saying is like how ex, Isreal didn't just kill hamas, they killed a ton of civilians. That was an attack on Palenstine. The US didnt target a city, a town, not even their army or intelligence buildings, just the sites that in their defense could harbor a dangerous weapon.
So saying that by comparison if Iran targeted Area 51 or any dangerous weapon spot in america, that's not an attack on America or Americans but an attack on a place with a weapon of equal power.
