Well there are literally no other options mate the inside of Australia is so empty it’s not even funny, houses sell in rural communities for like 80k (for good reason and it would be hard to get a tenant) but if you went to smaller cities an hour from Brisbane/sydney/perth the markets are extremely stable and slowly rising. Hell you could move there and buy a decent sized property for an affordable price. Canada is probably having the exact same issues
