Bullshit, until you get audited. If you're disabled you can't make over a certain amount or you lose it, and there's no guarantee any business you start will be successful, so it's a one way ticket to fucking yourself over, because you literally cannot hide that income unless you accept cash only, and then you're breaking the fucking law by being paid under the table anyway, so if you try to deposit any of that cash into your account it will raise alarms.
