Any country that treats violent and organized crime charges with miniscule punishment, are putrid. El Salvador's CECOT treatment is the best. I would even suggest, they put blinding goggles and strap their arms (immobile) for 20 hours a day and get less "immobile/blind" with good behavior. In America, all violent/organized crime criminals should be separated from nonviolent offenders.
