They are much more likely to discuss that kind of thing with their friends in their girl group texts.
One thing that is hugely popular and exactly the kind of thing you are talking about are private, women-only groups on social media. There are hundreds of "Are we dating the same guy?" type groups on facebook, where they will post about good or bad experiences with guys in the local community to try to help other women weed out the guys who are cheaters or fuckboys or lead women on.
