Maybe in your shithole country, but in the parts of the US that aren't completely pozzed blue cities, things weren't shut down for anything close to that long.
I lived in a fairly purple swing state, and even there bars and stuff were restricted on March 24, 2020 and started phase one of reopening on May 15, 2020 with everything completely reopened and more or less back to normal by the end of June.
And even during the period when things were actually locked down, we were still getting together for lowkey house parties and cookouts and outdoor drinking and socializing in parks.
