I don't know any martial arts fags but in my experience usually the biggest psycho just wins. Most people are afraid to really fight with their full strength and seriously hurt others. A lot of times the winner is punching and the loser is doing some kind of defensive grappling. Also there is some ambiguity as to the difference between a fight and an assault. A lot of "fights" are just assaults with a little bit of weak defense from the victim.
