capitalism
>no rent control
>landlords and renters achieve economic equilibrium well above what broke niggers can afford
>no minimum wage
>employers and employees achieve economic equilibrium
>its a rate that employers aren't willing to pay niggers and niggers aren't willing to get out of bed for
socialism
>make rent control economically binding
>causes a shortage of housing and a surplus of broke niggers looking to rent
>make minimum wage economically binding
>causes a shortage of jobs and a surplus of broke niggers looking for work
Its crazy how the outcomes are the same for broke niggers under all economic systems. Its almost like there is no economic system where broke lazy stupid niggers prosper.
>so what can be done?
If you believe in science and follow a data driven policy, there really is only one answer to this question. Slavery. Thats it. Thats the only thing that moves the needle. I'm not talking about whips and picking cotton. I'm talking about the lower 30% of the country not owning anything and being forced to work to survive. Its not that far off as in certain areas, its already happening. We just need to expand it, and use more punitive measures to punish those who refuse to go along.
