all the establishment dems had to do in order to win was not be hardcore zionist. if any one of them also stated they wouldn't go on a visit to israel after winning the mayoral election i doubt zohran would've won. i think there is genuine fatigue among dems with establishment candidates and their lack of support for palestine. trump keeps ass-blasting them to the point where they were picking up what were once considered republican talking points against cuomo (killing everyone's grandmas during covid, being a pervert, etc.)
