No one's arguing it isn't his fault. We're arguing that it's ridiculous he's being deported for something he already served a sentence for, has a completely clean 48 year old record otherwise and honorably served and nearly died for the country. Republicans are the party of common sense apparently, why are they okay with ignoring common sense in this instance?
