I can only supply most probable and rational about motives because i am not a part of the global conspiracy that makes such things like 2020/2022 possible worldwide. But explaining it only with some hateful ideology is rather not very believable. I think it is mostly about resources and AGI implementation. Climaticism understood as struggling to reduce number of consumers in order to save ecosystems from degredation might play some role as well.
