I have no idea if he had implants, fillers, or osteotomies done, but actual plastic surgery changes the defect. Any successful procedure should be able to meet preoperative goals and look natural. Well done rhinoplasty actually removes cartilage to make your nose smaller, “gender affirming care” sets an impossible goal that can’t be met with current technology.
