You definitely got to fast and eat & drink stuff you don’t want to if you aren’t shopping out of the wards or have some tributer or service person for food. They probably only looked online, never took advice or consul from who do live that lifestyle, and barely (if at all) read books on the wilderness or excessive rural living with bare civilization. I can’t claim to be of that live style cause I’m going to live in a small RV and in vicinity of the small city I’m from because I know that I couldn’t even live in such of an enviroment with the knowledge I know because I lack formal training and actual wild-life living. Many would not make it indeed.
