what was left of "outside society" basically collapsed in 2020, people basically stopped meeting up and fucking. obviously people still fuck, but across the board relationships are less common, people are having less children, people are single more often, people are alone more often. we have had talk of the mental health epidemic and the loneliness epidemic since 2020. suicides have increased especially in teen girls (largest cohort increase)
