Jews did it but Islamists were still the ones who physically did the deed, and Islamists are extremely anti-America. The War on Terror was the biggest victory Islam and Jews could've received, it helped Islam grow throughout the world, increased Muslim populations in Western countries, while at the same time destroying any Middle Eastern country that posed a major threat to Israel.
