The actual solution is simple, but Jews and boomers need rent and property values to spiral to infinity forever so nobody will ever implement it. Flooding the market with huge amounts of public housing and taxing the everloving fuck out of real estate speculators to make residential real estate an unprofitable endeavor.
That’s literally it. Once the environment becomes so unfriendly to house flippers and landlords that there’s no money to be made in endless specoolation, prices stabilize naturally. We should subsidize housing the same way we subsidize basic foodstuffs like grains and dairy, it’s just as basic and essential and kikes shouldn’t be allowed to put their grubby hands in it.
