This is especially easy in NYC because there’s so many empty business buildings after COVID, and the stingy kike landlords insist that their decrepit hovels are worth six gorillion dollars per square foot. Take it off their hands, convert into apartment buildings to increase supply.
Don’t make it a “low income housing” project, though, then they’ll just be crawling with niggers. Let young professionals live there for cheap.
