The entire fearmongering device of Nuclear Fallout. The Literal ENTIRE FRANCHISE that rests on these nuclear fallout laurels, is Fallout. I love the games, but to act as if the result of a fake nuclear bomb going off would lead to these circumstances, in this zeitgeist, in my mindset, is properly insane.
The entire post apocalyptic landscape that has been shoved down the throats of every human being through some form of media was INTENTIONAL. It was meant to build off of the negative foundational myth of Nukes being real. End of story. You must believe nukes are real. The thought of them being real is more powerful than any fictional nuclear bomb in existence, in multitudes.
