As feminism rose to prominence, they realized that they can use birth control and subsequently abortion in order to more freely exert control over men. Instead of having to be pregnant for 9 months and care for a child afterward, they can play the same game they have been for the past 5000 years, but with the added bonus of controlling exactly when men are allowed to have children with them. They can go from man to man, sucking up their resources until they find a man that will provide them absolutely everything they want and allow them to live a life of luxury. Women only want men who make a lot of money and who will worship them as their god, and they no longer have to worry about pregnancy in their game to achieve this. They do not care if it's a human or not. It's all for their own personal gain.
