Anon I need you to understand that landlords are not a friendly old man who invested in an apartment building and lives in the first floor condo of your building and will be dead soon.
Landlords are, specially in NYC, multimillion dollar corporations run by kikes. Literally, and I mean literally, giant greedy kikes that do everything in their power to stranglehold real estate supply to make things more expensive BECAUSE they get millions and millions of dollars through land appreciation. Much like hatred for Israel, the progressives correctly hate landlords for all the wrong reasons
