wouldnt it lower the price if no MS license needed? Or is MS strong-arming them to prevent that from happening? i.e. 'if you sell any with Linux then you cannot sell any with MS'. I wouldnt put it past them.
Been using LInux Mint ever since MS canned their DVR app MCE, of 6 PCs only one running MS - Win8.1
