The NJ thing is lying by omission:
NJ State Corp Tax is only 9% while the NYC corporate tax still has you subject to the NY State Corp Tax so it's currently 8.85% + 7.25% (16.1%)
Wanting Union residential construction is fucking stupid, 90% of construction on anything that isn't new construction on a multi-million dollar luxury condo is going to be built with no-shop labor. Requiring a union card for single family homes is completely retarded and will be worse than deporting all brown people when it comes to finding qualified workers, think construction labor costs for stuff like plumbing repairs going up 5x.
