as a hiring manager this is my expeirence hiring white americans. They hoarded technical knowledge so we can't train new people, set up multiple dead man switches in case they get fired, work slow as shit or do fake work, don't co operate well with others, refuse to communicate a lot of the time. The hire ups decided to just blanket fire everyone and start everything over from scratch a couple of years ago.
