Lol why do people want so bad to pretend apes or any animals are somehow on par with humans. Every video of an orangutan using tools is the product of months/years of teaching. An orangutan would never learn to use human tools by themselves. They don't even compare to actually mentally retarded people. All the sign language or any other means of "communication" taught to apes is just the ape figuring what's the sign to show to get food. Many other "dumb" animals can be taught to use certain tools too or to ask for food in a certain manner
