Racism is a healthy defense mechanism that the neoliberal world order taught you to feel guilty over. Racism is the byproduct of wanting to defend your families and neighbors from destructive out group behavior. Ironically liberals complain about not feeling valid all the time and then handwave people because of racism when they are completely. For one they do not want to lose sovereignty over their forefathers lands and voting rights, have their wages suppressed and the rampant crime that comes with specific groups of people.
Sure there is unjust racism in this world. But like smoke there is fire, there is truth to why many people are racist. You are probably racist yourself and have been repressing it for a long time. Thats not healthy.
