The government usually shakes hands with the very same people that keep coops away and kill local business. It's like that all over the world. What interest does the gov has to help you succeed as small-mid business? Investing into you, instead of the rich guy that gives them money under the table? You making money literally is taking a cut from his profit? Why would the gov support the small guy when it's paid by the big one?
