Cnc and I have a funny anecdote about this. I worked for a major company that made pieces for Mercedes and Seat cars. We had 20 cnc machines, 15 of them were manned by Spaniards and 5 by ecuatorians. I worked on quality control. Over the 3 years that I have worked there I may have had to discard 1 piece for each Spaniard a year. Ecuatorians? Holy shit... weekly, sometimes everyday or twice a day. I told my boss before quitting that the solution wasn't to hire more ecuatorians, but fire all of them and stop losing money. OP is right, subhumans can't do these things.
