The only tank or IFV that I ever heard of that had air conditioning was a Kuwaiti IFV that sort of looks like the US M3 Bradley. Can't remember if its called a scorpion or scimitar. Some /k/ fag will probably correct me. The US up armored humvee has AC but its not that great.
