It took a long time for the ideas to go from small corners of the Internet to talking points of mainstream thought-leaders. Way too long. Trump helped it along when he said, "I love Jews" and that kind of talk. It was always an unwritten law that jews are to operate from the shadows to exert their influence. He opened it up by identifying them as a group with their own interests apart from our people's interest, though by giving them a virtual hug as a collective.
It is mainstream, and you can name the Jew publicly, knowing other people agree with you.
