They are chimping out here extremely hard. Elections are soon and every poll is showing them at a worse and worse spot than before. Peopple are simply not buying what Orban is selling anymore and our inflation is out of control due to his reckless corruption and overspending. He is likely at his last breath before GTFOing with his cronies and taking whatever he can along the way.
Recently they issued a 15 yo USD based govt bond with 8% return, a return thats not even close to any other country whatsoever, more akin to Lebanon before their banking sector collapsed. He is basically trying to do one last grift by attempting to bankrupt the country and run with the money before he is outsted
