Another really good way is to do the long term on someone. Spend months breaking them down and making them jump through hoops and condition them into "if I don't do this, i deserve to get punished" and then make unrealistic expectations and then refuse to pay them unless they meet them.
Once you have a position of power over someone you can really start playing narcissistic games, and that's what true and real terrorism is,
"if you don't do what I tell you, it's okay for me to hurt you"
Now, it's harder to get away with in today's day and age, but having friends in high places and in the police is how you get away with doing this in small towns, and then laughing about it with your friends.
