Yeah. Those things only work if you already have a decent personality and aren’t ugly. I never brag about my job or achievements to people so people can judge me for me and not because of some arbitrary success metric. Those who make bragging about what they’ve achieved are the most insufferable people ever. I used to be like this but it took an epiphany where I woke up one day and realised why people didn’t like me
