Really dude it will involve a lot of work. It will feel weird. Be happy with even the smallest steps. I was useless, I am one of you guys afterall, it took time. gym helps, cool hobbies help (I do kickboxing now). I don't look great by any measure but I'm better than I was and that gives me a ton of confidence. Art of approaching literally gives you step by step framework to approach women, while it is out of date it absolutely did help me and gave me an idea of how to adapt. Book of pook just gives you the mindset to adapt. Boo of pook also elaborates on the "manual" aspect of these books. It's training wheels, eventually you take them off and make your own rules. The way you described it is roughly it and what I recommend to you is as close to hand holding as it can get and even then, accept that you will fail, and that's how you will succeed. I believe in your bro, if I can save one of you fuckers then I will be happy. You can do it, it won't be easy but it won't be as hard as you think.
