college or university would be my guess. i learned recently that you can just sign up for whatever random courses you`re interested in or might have women in them. you dont have to go for a full expensive degree or certificate or anything. some universities even allow you to "audit" courses, which means you`re just attending the lectures and you dont do the assignments and it costs less. but college would still be cheaper and let you pick up useful or fun skills. that would get you into the school environment again where there will be plenty of women and perhaps even excuses to talk to them. theres a college bar and a cafeteria filled with women. maybe women in your class maybe you can approach them especially if you can pick up any signals and ask them about assignments or make small talk based on the content of the class. thats going to be my strategy anyways.

outdated is probably a good thing. i want the basics of the process and that hasnt changed in hundreds of thousands of years. any modern bullshit is just going to muddy the waters.
