They need laser or, even better, electrolysis. FFS would help a lot too, but I'm wondering what they sound like. If they're letting 5 o'clock shadow get that noticeable I doubt they're putting any work into their voice.
If I were them I'd wear a mask and hearing aid and not talk and claim to be deaf or mute.
