The PUA stuff did me wonders in my mid 20's.
"The Game" was regarded as the bible for it, but I wasn't too into it and didn't read it. Mostly read notes on the takeaways.
Other thing that was lengthy by helped was some long ass lecture from Tyler Durden where he's basically just dumping out his whole worldview.
It wasn't all magic, but there were some solid takeaways: don't be a dancing monkey, tone matters more than what you're saying, have social proof, etc
