You are right, but most jobs these days are not competitive. They are soulless artificial bullshit. As you say, men excel at anything that requires more than wasting time doing useless shit. Its why most HR is roasties living out their evilness despite acting like innocent little angels.
That is why men are in most leadership and high stress/earning positions, too.
