fun fact, a bunch of the 20th century's most influential scientists, guys who invented quantum physics, the atom bomb and atomic energy, cybernetics, computing, artificial intelligence, all happened to be hungarian jews who grew up around the same time. they jokingly referred to themselves as "the martians" and one thing they all shared in common was this tendency to get ideas fully formed from sources external to themselves.
