This is nowhere near far back enough. Things were obviously better than now; I'd say back then it was specific areas that had high amounts of immigrants and others that had little to none. Today they are everywhere. You have to go back to pre 98 and even then you have generations of immigrants by that point (although again, even more limited to certain areas).
