Germany and Japan have the same type of autism ingrained into their national identity and DNA. They are so autistic about various things, that if you let them be a heterogeneous society that they will advance in several fields. They are anal about public order, public tidiness and hygenie, efficiency of tasks all this just to make work smooth and be able to rest after work and on weekends. Essentially everything they create and do is to make sure that they can have one day of rest in an orderly home. For some reason these are things only appreciated by Japanese as well. It's like all other countries
