-Employers turn over hiring to human resources and hiring managers
-Vast majority of HR and HM are women
-Said female HR's and HM's overwhelmingly hire women for the jobs they're tasked wwith hiring for.
Wow it such a surprise when the majority of the non manual labor workforce is female. Can't imagine why.
