Yeah, there is no substitute to exercise and good night sleep. And if you can, try to eat more seafood (Marinara mix) with vitamin C. It will perk your brain right up. Salad too.
As for nicotine and coffee. It's fine in moderation. But pretty useless if your body is out of whack. Get all the essential nutrients you need.
