On one hand I'd say stick it out because it's the "right" thing to do, and it's not her fault that part of her body is defective.
On the other hand if the roles were reversed she'd have left you for someone fertile long, long ago. Women are spoiled and never have to compromise in their life. All of society is a safety net for them that will always allow them to find something better at the drop of a hat. Unless they make pants on head retarded decisions and even then they'll still be punished less and forgiven quicker.
