This is bullshit. In the EU you trade a high paying salary for leaser and comfort since you get a month a half of guaranteed off-days without accounting holy days. The healthcare depends what country you are in and the location of you leaving, anything outside the big cities/capital is going to be dogshit where you wait weeks for someone to say "your symptoms are psychological therefore I can't prescribe you these tests".
