However if... If Russians deemed it visa-free zone for foreigners (even passport-free for EU citizens, like many tourist countries), lower drinking age to e.g. 16, lift restrictions on gambling, recreational drugs, prostitution etc. it could become something special in Baltic. It obviously won't happen. But it could.

Yeah, it makes local fishermen pissed, but they adapted to it. And if they adapted then I assume it's not that big deal for NATO military either.
