Lmao. Ah the joys of splicing fiber and polishing tips. I’ve still heavily considered re-entering that side of the industry, I own all of my own crimping/splicing tools(thousands and thousands if I had to buy it all myself), testing equipment, odds and ends that make things easier depending on whether you’re in the field or have the luxury of doing a more thorough job on a workbench. The only thing I do not have is a work van, and that my friend is a necessity for this puzzle. A mobile workshop. But they can be had for only a few grand. I already have a business license and basic framework from a small data destruction and asset disposition company I run on the side(to get newer electronics for scrap prices)
