Bitcoin has a transaction fee measured in dollars (not cents like a credit card) and processing time measured in minutes not milliseconds like a credit card. Add to that that el salvador is a poor country so a 2.5 dollars for a transaction that takes 45 mins on a 20 cent milk jug isn't going to be something that people will be doing.
I'm not going to watch hour of you blogging, but guaranteed he doesn't perform a single non performative bitcoin transaction in the entire video and certainly won't see a single local doing such a thing. That's simply a thing that doesn't happen and ironically the proof that it doesn't happen is on the chain and it doesn't lie.
